Cookies

"Cookies" are small files either stored on a server or sent back to a visiting computer. At this time, only our temporary "Win Pizza with the Governor" contest sets cookies on a user's machine — to record whether a user isn't interested in playing, and to prevent players from submitting more than one contest entry.
